Service Promise
Protecting your privacy and providing you with the best customer care is of paramount importance to us. We ask for your personal details so that we can provide you with convenient access to our products and keep you to date with news, special offers and events we think you’d like to hear about.
Normal Delivery Times
Gift Vouchers
Local Deliveries
Orders must be received by noon for same day delivery.
Rural Delivery
Orders will not be delivered till the next day.
Regional Delivery
Orders must be received by 9am for the same day delivery.
National Delivery
Orders will not be delivered until the next day.
International Delivery
Orders will take at least 3 days to be delivered. However parts of Australia have been known to be delivered the same day if the order is received by 10am.
Freight Charges
Flowers
Freight costs will be deducted from the order value as follows:
• Local Wairoa $5
• Rural delivery - Wairoa surrounding district $10
• Hawke's Bay and Central North Island (courier delivery) $15
• Other North Island, South Island or international freight will be confirmed on receipt of order prior to processing credit card.
The charges quoted on our website are subject to change from time to time. If you are ordering from "Other" New Zealand, South Island or international locations we will contact you with details of the delivery charges before we debit your credit card and dispatch your order.
Gift Vouchers
Freight is free for vouchers over $50. Otherwise a $5 postal fee will apply.
Returns
If your flowers are found to be damaged on delivery, please let us know. We will be happy to arrange replacement for you.
Your Privacy
We do not rent, sell or give away our mailing list, so rest assured that your details will remain confidential to The Greenhouse. If you move or wish at any time to have your details removed from our records, please send us an email or write to us at The Greenhouse, 21 Mahia Avenue, Wairoa, New Zealand.
